If you're on a budget, this hotel is a great choice for a couple of nights stay. the location is very convenient as it is near the airport and close to the metro station. there is a market nearby with many small food shops and a supermarket. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the rooms are spacious and have good wifi.

Some guests have reported issues such as the unreliable hot water and the occasional presence of small cockroaches, so be aware of those potential downsides.

Hotel has got nice decent rooms at very economical tariffs. Also the staff is courteous.

Hotel need to improve it's room service and also should accept payments through credit/debit cards. Also should provide more options in food and beverages.

First time on my life 1 ) dirty 2) our reservation wasn't ready (Super Deluxe Double Room) we reserved 2 singles bed they give us a mattress to put on the floor , bed sheets and pillows very dirty non hand towels , only 2 bad towel after we asked for 3) the toilet was broken dirty and when you flush all was coming out ( they told me wait to tomorrow and we will see) CAN YOU IMAGE !

The location was perfect, just few minutes from a metro station and a local market where I could find anything I needed. The staff was friendly and kind, always willing to help with a smile. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made my stay more pleasant.

My Christmas stay turned out to be disappointing. The room had a strong smell of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. The sheets didn't look clean and the bathroom needed a lot of attention. The worst part was that there was no hot water during my stay, which made showering unbearable. I tried to get it fixed, but the staff wasn't skilled and eventually I gave up. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.
